At the heart of our ingredient approach is a calcium-rich alkaline mineral material. We focus on how this ingredient is formulated for a specific purpose, rather than treating its natural origin as a promise of safety or performance.
Laboratory reports on a raw ingredient describe the sample tested. They do not, by themselves, establish a finished product’s germ-kill rate, suitability for skin or food contact, or medical use.
Ask us for the current specifications, verified intended uses and supporting documentation for the product you are considering. Application, dilution and precautions must follow that product’s label.
A shell-derived, calcium-rich alkaline ingredient lies at the heart of our mineral approach. The Smartshell Advanced Purification presentation describes the journey from marine shells through grinding and heat treatment to an alkaline mineral material for formulation.
The supplier presents shell resources as the starting material. The submitted laboratory sample is identified as scallop shell powder.
Ingredient composition informs formulation choices. Concentration, compatibility and intended use must be assessed for each finished product.
